Pilchuck Village is a new apartment and mixed use community in Arlington, WA.
Arlington is a semi-rural town located approximately 50 miles north of Seattle and 15 minutes south of Mount Vernon with easy I-5 access.
It’s far enough from Seattle to maintain its charm but near enough to offer all the benefits of the city. It is also near enough to take advantage of the SeaTac International Airport.
Arlington is fast growing with much of its commercial expansion taking place in its Smokey Point district, which fronts along both sides of I-5.
Arlington was once a dairy town, but no longer. It has for many years been home to Boeing employees and others who travel south to work in Seattle or Everett. With its connections to Darrington and Oso much of the logging and mineral extraction industry in those two towns travels through Arlington.
